Problem, solved.
How I led the transformation of RunMyProcess by building its UX strategy, developing a seamless mobile and low-code experience, driving brand evolution, and winning the Best Rebranding award after its acquisition by Fujitsu.

The Background
When Fujitsu acquired RunMyProcess, it inherited a powerful yet complex cloud platform designed to facilitate digital transformation through automation and integration. RunMyProcess provided enterprises with the ability to connect disparate digital resources, optimizing business processes across finance, HR, and other critical functions.
However, despite its technical strengths, the platform faced significant challenges in usability, branding, and accessibility elements essential to widespread adoption.
As Head of UX and Brand, I took on the mission to transform both the user experience and the brand identity of RunMyProcess, ensuring it could reach and serve a broader audience effectively.
The Benefits
The transformation of RunMyProcess had a profound impact on both users and the business.
- The revamped UX led to increased adoption, with enterprise users leveraging the mobile app and Suite more efficiently than ever before.
- EasyBuilder became a standout feature, empowering businesses to automate processes independently, reducing dependency on IT teams.
- The enhanced usability directly contributed to customer satisfaction and retention, making RunMyProcess a go-to platform for workflow automation.
On the branding side,
- The award-winning rebranding initiative positioned RunMyProcess as a leader in digital transformation solutions, increasing market visibility and engagement.
- The new identity resonated with both existing and new customers, reinforcing confidence in Fujitsu’s acquisition and long-term investment in the platform.
By combining UX innovation with strategic branding, I helped establish RunMyProcess as a streamlined, user-centric, and market-leading automation solution within the Fujitsu ecosystem.
My team and I first conceived, tested and delivered an easy builder tool as part of the low-code / no-code suite.

We then created a digital suite covering both the needs of low coders and more skilled coders, working collaboratively
