Started from scratch, grew and managed the Design, UX Research & Usability team. Supporting both our own organization UX needs and providing sister companies, big clients and project partners around the globe with UX expertise for their Digital Transformation in a broad range of Businesses, Platforms and Technologies like AI, IoT, Hybrid IT, Datacenter/Infrastructure Management, Service Portals, Cloud based Process / Workflow Management, etc.

UX Manager, Manager of User Experience
Management of all Design, Usability and Usage related activities including, but not limited to: user needs gathering, conception & testing of low to high fidelity RIA prototypes, UI specification and release preparation, for middleware products, Cloud Services and Cloud Platforms like Interstage ADM and the Fujitsu Cloud Store for example.
Hands-on in steering, directing and owning the User Interface Design process in an Agile Scrum environment as a member of the Product Management team.
Advocated a strong user centered design (UCD) strategy throughout the company.
